    Giving primarily is limited to non profit organizations in Minnesota with emphasis on the Twin Cities metropolitan area. No grants to individuals.

    Deadline Details

    Applications are accepted throughout the year. Initial approach should be with a letter of intent. An application form is required. Applicants should submit the following:

    1. Contact person
    2. Copy of IRS Determination Letter
    3. Name, address and phone number of organization
    4. Statement of problem project will address
    5. Detailed description of project and amount of funding requested

    Award Details

    Awards vary based on scope and size of project. Awards are up to $500,000. Awards are typically between $25,000 and $50,000.
