  • Eligibility Details

    Giving primarily is limited to non profit organizations in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

    Deadline Details

    Initial approach should be with a Letter of Intent (not to exceed 3 pages). Letters of Intent should be submitted between January 15 to March 1, annually and August 15 to October 1, annually. An application form is not required. The board meets in April and November and provides notification within one month of each meeting. Applicants should submit the following:

    1. Copy of IRS Determination Letter
    2. Detailed description of project and amount of funding requested

    Award Details

    Awards vary based on scope and size of project. Awards are up to $1,000,000. Most awards are between $5,000 and $25,000. Matching may be required.
