  • Eligibility Details

    Giving primarily is limited to non profit organizations in Massachusetts with emphasis on Worcester County. No grants to individuals.

    Deadline Details

    Applications are to be submitted by February 15, May 15, August 15, and November 15, annually. Initial approach should be with a Letter of Intent. An application form is required. Applicants should submit the following:

    1. Listing of board of directors, trustees, officers and other key people and their affiliations
    2. Copy of current year's organizational budget and/or project budget
    3. Copy of IRS Determination Letter

    Award Details

    Awards vary based on scope and size of project. Awards are up to $100,000. Most awards range from $5,000 to $10,000.
