The Corporate Charitable Contributions program provides funding to state / government – accredited schools and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations which provide programming or services addressing STEM education, particularly engineering and technology programs, veterans and the military, health and human services, and the environment. In addition, grant requests are reviewed to ensure they are in line with community goals and the funder's strategic priorities which include education, employee engagement and strengthening the community.
The Northrop Grumman Foundation's Employee Matching Gifts for Education Program is designed to acknowledge and support our employees' commitment to education. Please check the eligible/ineligible education support lists below to assure that your organization will be considered. Matched on a dollar-for-dollar basis, verified donations for education from $50 to $2,500 are eligible. The Foundation will match four gifts, per employee/donor, per fiscal year, November 1 – October 31. The match total will not exceed the maximum of $2,500 for all donations.
Contributing to the development of skills, knowledge and talent for the future workforce is a top priority for Northrop Grumman. We work with education institutions, colleges and universities to provide support for curriculum, projects and programs which enhance education and drive the advancement of research and technology. Northrop Grumman's Aid to Higher Education funding supports private and public not-for-profit, degree-granting, colleges and universities accredited by a nationally recognized regional accrediting association or listed in the Higher Education Directory of Colleges and Universities published by the U.S. Office of Education. Grant requests are on an invitation-only basis and should address education-related initiatives that promote the advancement of science, technology, engineering and math at colleges and universities.
