In the last five years, The Summer Fund have funded 189 grants to 104 organizations totaling $558,830. The Summer Fund has given a total of $180,675 in grants in 2017. Recent awardees include: American Red Cross, Ascension Catholic School, Basilica Landmark, Bulldogs on the Lakes, and Cathedral Heritage Foundation.
The Summer Fund was established in 1966 in Minnesota. The foundation does not maintain a website. Please contact the foundation to verify eligibility prior to submission of a full application. Funds may be used for the following purposes:

Applications are accepted throughout the year. Initial approach should be with a proposal. An application form is required. Applicants should submit the following:
Awards vary based on scope and size of project. Awards are up to $100,000. Awards are typically less than $5,000.
