Grants for higher education, social services, and the performing arts, principally in Arkansas and Louisiana. Student loans for residents of Arkansas, Louisiana, or Texas.
The Magale Foundation has given a total of $140,000 in grants in 2018. Recent awardees include: The ARC of Caddo-Bossier Foundation, BPCC Foundation, LSU in Shreveport Foundation, Magnolia Specialized Services, and NSU Foundation.
The Magale Foundation was established in 1957 in Louisiana. The foundation does not maintain a website. Please contact the foundation to verify eligibility prior to submission of a full application. Funds may be used for the following purposes:
Giving primarily is limited to non profit organizations in southern Arkansas and northern Louisiana with emphasis on Caddo county.
Applications are to be submitted by April 1, annually. Initial approach should be with a letter of intent. Application form required. Applicants should submit the following:
Awards vary based on scope and size of project. Awards are up to $50,000. Most grants range from $5,000 to $10,000.
