    Giving primarily is limited to non profit organizations in California with emphasis on Los Angeles county and Washington, DC. Some giving also in New York City and Israel. No grants to individuals.

    Deadline Details

    Applications are accepted throughout the year. Initial approach should be with a Letter of Intent. An applications form is required. Applicants should submit the following:

    1. Copy of IRS Determination Letter
    2. Copy of most recent annual report/audited financial statement/990
