    Giving primarily in MA, NH, and NY. No grants to individuals.

    Deadline Details

    Applications are accepted throughout the year. Initial approach should be with a Letter of Intent.


    Applicants should submit the following:

    1. Listing of additional sources and amount of support
    2. Copy of current year's organizational budget and/or project budget
    3. Listing of board of directors, trustees, officers and other key people and their affiliations
    4. Descriptive literature about organization
    5. How project's results will be evaluated or measured
    6. Detailed description of project and amount of funding requested
    7. Geographic area to be served
    8. Brief history of organization and description of its mission
    9. Name, address and phone number of organization
    10. Population served
    11. Timetable for implementation and evaluation of project
    12. Copy of most recent annual report/audited financial statement/990

    Additional information:  List of Board Member contributions over the past year, and information regarding donor base (i.e. amount of private funding received, amount of government funding received, list of major contributors and amounts contributed), should also be included

    Award Details

    Awards vary based on the scope and size of the project. Awards are up to $25,000. Most grants are between $5,000 - $25,000.
